Uncommon Ground is een kunstfestival geïnitieerd en samengesteld door studenten van de opleiding Musician 3.0 aan de HKU. Tijdens dit festival presenteren derdejaarsstudenten hun lopende artistieke processen in de vorm van muzikale en interdisciplinaire performances.
Met Uncommon Ground 2025 creëren we een omgeving die zowel veilig als rebels is — een ruimte waar ideeën zich als een lopend vuurtje kunnen verspreiden. Dat vuur staat voor de broodnodige creatieve uitbarsting in deze tijden van droogte.

Wij zijn verbinders. We volgen de rode draad tussen disciplines als dans, theater en muziek, en brengen mensen samen.
Wij zijn ruimtebewaarders, kritische denkers, aanjagers en — bovenal — trouw aan onszelf. Wij zijn 3.0.

With Uncommon Ground 2025, we will create an environment that is safe yet rebellious, in which ideas can spread like wildfire. This wildfire being the expected consequence in these times of creative drought.

We are connectors that follow the red thread in between disciplines like dance, theatre and music, and bring people together.
We are spaceholders, critical thinkers, leaders and, most of all, authentically ourselves.
We are 3.0.
